Banquets

There will be two evening meals at this Roundup. Saturday is our annual reserved seating buffet dinner with the keynote speaker following.  Friday this year we are having a Mardi Gras celebration with a Cajun Menu and lots of fun! Dress in costume and join the gaiety.  More information and menu here.

Banquet Seating

Banquet seating will be allotted on order of registration received. To sit together register online together. Tables seat ten (10).

Registrations submitted separately requesting seating together will be honored if possible and if previously assigned seating is not disrupted.

Service

If any member wishes to be of service at the Roundup, just come and volunteer when you arrive and pick up your packet at Registration. If there is a specific service your would like to perform, call the contact or attach a note to your registration. Meetings in Alternate Languages

Meetings for Spanish speaking members and for Native American members are scheduled for Friday and Saturday respectively at 11:00 PM in the Gold Room. Check the program at the Round-Up for updates and additional activities.
