Ongoing Activities

• Registration - Harbor Port 3 - Friday 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM
• Hospitality Room  – Bridgeview Room - from Friday 8:00 AM until Sunday noon (free)
• Marathon Meetings  – Mirror Room - Friday noon until Sunday 7:00 AM

• Al-Anon Marathon Meetings  – Gold Room - Friday 1:00 PM through Saturday 10:00 PM;
            closed during Al-Anon luncheon and Alateen Speaker meetings

Banquets

There will be two evening meals at this Roundup. Saturday is our annual reserved seating buffet dinner with the keynote speaker following.  Friday this year is the third annual Mardi Gras costume dinner and celebration with a Cajun Menu and lots of fun! Dress up in costume as your favorite character or for FUN  and join the gaiety.  Come as you are and we supply the mask More information and menu here.

Banquet Seating

Banquet seating will be allotted on order of registration received. To sit together register online together. Tables seat ten (10).

Registrations submitted separately requesting seating together will be honored if possible and if previously assigned seating is not disrupted.

Service

If any member wishes to be of service at the Roundup, just come and volunteer when you arrive and pick up your packet at Registration. If there is a specific service your would like to perform, call the contact or attach a note to your registration. Of course you can ask where we need help when you arrive.  Contact phone numbers are found below.
