Banquet Seating

Banquet seating will be allotted on the order of registrations received. Persons wishing to be seated together (10 per table) should submit registrations early and together as a group.  Please make it clear on your registration form you want to sit together, "Group Seating Please."

Registrations submitted separately requesting group seating will only be honored if possible and if there is minimal impact on previously assigned seating.

If anyone wishes to be of service, please attach a note to your registration form.. Include an address or phone number if you want to be contacted before the Roundup.  Of course you can just volunteer in person when you arrive. .  Contact phone numbers are found below.

Meetings for Spanish speaking members and for Native American members are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at 11:00 PM in the Gold Room. Check the program at the Round-Up for updates and additional activites.
